Orders

Send purchase-order lines to Certified Materials. Every sendable line joins the one CMM record for this order, created on the first send. Pass orderLineIds for an explicit selection; omit it to send all unsent lines. Lines that cannot be sent are reported in skippedLines; when every line is skipped the answer is 200 with empty results.
