The tracing-compliance dashboard's document completion by depth

The documents of the company's traced orders created between startDate and endDate (the past 30 days and today without both), per tracing depth 0–4: the document types required and uploaded, summed over the orders, and their average completion. filter is a JSON-encoded TracingDocumentsFilter; its lists, arrays or comma-separated strings, pick the orders counted — an order must require every listed document type. Days are read in the x-timezone header's timezone (UTC without it). Only the company itself or Retraced staff may read it.
