The certificates behind a certificate chart

A page of the certificates of the company's suppliers (linked companies its profile marks a supplier, or gives no connection type) — the ones the certificate-compliance numbers count. The id lists narrow like the dashboard's filter; expirationStatus or expirationDate pick a chart's expiry bucket or month of approved certificates, status a review status not expired before this month. Months and days are read in the x-timezone header's timezone (UTC without it). Proof files come as read-only signed URLs. Only the company itself or Retraced staff may read it.
