The audit-compliance dashboard's headline numbers

For the company's network: its suppliers, the unexpired latest audits and the companies holding them, the audits planned between today and the end of next month, and the audits by standard and by type dated between startDate and endDate (the past year without both). filter is a JSON-encoded AuditMetricsFilter; its lists narrow every count. Days are read in the x-timezone header's timezone (UTC without it). Only the company itself or Retraced staff may read it.
