Every certification, ordered by name, as { id, name, type }. Not paginated: one page holds the whole catalogue. The legacy route also returned each certification's rules, description, link and logo, and grouped by type on groupBy=type; no caller used any of it. Answers { data, metadata: { pagination } }; legacy sent { data, meta }.
