Lists webshops across every company, removed ones included (isActiveCompany tells them apart). Supports pagination, comma-separated sorting (shopId, companyId, name, shopPlatform, updatedAt, isBlocked), a free-text q on the name, and a filter JSON on shopId, companyId, name, shopPlatform or isBlocked.
