Paginated list of product category fields, ordered by idx then id, filterable with filter={"productCategoryId":"…","fieldName":"…","fieldType":"A,B"} (category exact, name a case-insensitive substring, type one or several comma-separated). count is capped at 500. Answers the paginated { data, metadata: { pagination } } envelope (1-based pagination.page); legacy sent { data, meta }, and also took an isDropDown mode no caller used.
