Replaces a badge's name, description and claimingRequirements (all required). The localized nameDe/nameEs/nameFr/descriptionDe/descriptionEs/descriptionFr and translations (en/es/de/fr, each with a name and a description) keep their stored value when left out. The image is not writable here; other keys are ignored. Responds with the badge, its image url CDN-prefixed and its translations carrying an en entry built from name/description when none is stored, in the { data, metadata } envelope (legacy answered the bare record). 404 invalid_badge_id for an unknown id.
