workspaces

Delete one workspace status (hard delete).

Tasks in it — in every project that uses the workspace palette — are moved to replacement_status_id (another status of the SAME palette and category), or with to_base=true to the category's base column. HARD delete: no trash, no restore. A status of another level is 409 inherited_palette. MCP sibling: workspaces_statuses_delete (same answer).

Path parameters

idstring uuid required

Unique Status identifier.

Query parameters

replacement_status_idstring uuid

Another status of the SAME palette (the list the deleted status belongs to) and of the SAME category, which receives the tasks in the deleted one. Required — or to_base=true — only while tasks are in it (409 replacement_required with usage otherwise).

to_baseboolean

true moves the tasks to the BASE column of the category (no custom status; their state is kept) — allowed only when the palette has no other status of that category (400 reason: category_has_other_status otherwise). Not together with replacement_status_id. Any value other than true / false is 422.

Response

Deleted: the id and where its tasks went (tasks_moved, projects_affected).

idstring uuid required
deletedtrue required
tasks_movedinteger required

Tasks that were in the status and moved (to the replacement, or with to_base to the base column).

projects_affectedinteger required

Projects those tasks are in.
