What moving these sessions would do: the price before and after, and who decides.

Read-only. Per session: today’s rate and amount in the origin and the ones it would take in the destination (the same pricing the move runs), whether it can move (billed / invoiced cannot), and whether the caller decides alone or needs an approval and from whom. Money the caller may not read is null: an owner/admin reads rate and amount; the hours’ owner reads the amount only when the workspace shows members their earnings; anyone else reads neither.

decides'alone' | 'approval' required

alone: the move runs at once. approval: it becomes a request to the owner/admins of the workspace the hours leave (approvers).

origin_money'full' | 'amount' | 'none' required

What the caller reads of the origin’s money: rate and amount (owner/admin), the amount only (the hours’ owner when the workspace shows members their earnings), or nothing.
