Customise: the team receives a COPY of the palette it follows.

The team leaves the palette it follows (its workspace) and receives a copy of it — every task re-pointed 1:1, nothing changes on screen. already_own (409) when it is already on its own palette. MCP sibling: teams_statuses_customize.
