Soft-delete a Task.

Moves the task to the Trash (deleted_at=now(); purged after 30 days). As on the web, only the task's creator may — a teammate's task the caller can see is refused with 403 forbidden, a task they cannot see is 404. Restore via POST /{id}/restore within the window.
