focus

Start working on a task: in progress + one work session, in one call.

Puts the task in progress (the project's custom status of that category when one exists) and opens a work session on it with the user's configured length. The caller's live session is reused when it is already on this task (a paused one is resumed — session_reused: true). Refuses with 409 overlapping_active_session BEFORE touching the task when the live session belongs to another task. task is a UUID or a task code (e.g. RES-58).
