Create a new API key for service-to-service authentication.

The API key allows external systems (like Salesforce LWC) to call Ressl APIs on behalf of the authenticated user. The key is scoped to a specific Salesforce connection.

IMPORTANT: The plaintext API key is returned ONLY ONCE. Store it securely.
