Everything the Stats ("By the Numbers") page needs, in one call.

Returns a plain nested dict (no Pydantic response_model — the OSS route is dict-based too) shaped to StatsHighlights.

Deliberately no health-summary, findings, dead-code, dependency, decision or cost reads. Every one of those belongs to a page that already owns the subject, and loading them here cost this endpoint five artifact fetches for numbers shown better elsewhere.
