Language Files

Delete a language file

Deletes a language file of the account, with all its literals. It asks for a confirmation and THERE IS NO WAY BACK: nothing keeps a copy of the .txt, so download it with /v1/language-files/get first if it may be wanted again.

It is refused with 409 IN_USE while any report of the account is printed with it, and details.used_by.reports names them -- reports in the trash included, because they come back pointing at it. The sixteen files the platform ships and the empty key -- what a report stores when it prints with no language file at all -- answer 409 NOT_ALLOWED with details.reason system_defined.

Every write endpoint reads dry_run and idempotency_key; see the Write guarantees section of the introduction.
