Read one brand template

Returns every setting of one brand template: margins, the colour and the font of each part of the report, the palette of the charts, the footer, the front cover, the table of contents and the header of the client portal.

The brand template to read. From /v1/brand-templates/list; the empty string is the brand of the platform.

The call succeeded. This endpoint reports its errors with a real HTTP status, so a 200 always carries status=ok.
