Upload media for a scheduled post (legacy)

Plan: Pro & Pro+ (Post scheduler). Upload an image or video to attach to a scheduled post. Returns a media URL to pass to the create/update endpoints. Request bodies over ~32 MB are rejected by the hosting layer — use /api/v1/scheduler/upload-url for video.
