Bulk-delete inbox threads
<small>Requires the inbox:operate scope (or a broader one that includes it).</small>
Non-atomic bulk delete. Successful threads are removed; per-item failures (e.g. not found, forbidden) are returned in a dictionary keyed by thread id.
Per-item error codes
