Set personal credential

Personal credentials take priority over organization ones and need a personal API key. The key is checked with the provider where possible. A new opencode-go key is added after the existing ones, up to 10, and deleting removes them all.

Credential provider. claude, codex, and muse subscriptions also support reads and deletes; connect those with the CLI.
