Fetch the most cited links for a period

For a weekly period, a balanced selection of the week's most shared links: ten links picked from the most cited to cover different topics, each with its topic, in editorial order. For monthly and yearly periods, the links cited by the most distinct newsletters, in rank order. Both include the most cited domains. Links are counted by distinct newsletters, so one newsletter repeating a link counts once.
