Datasheet changes of a MOSFET by part number

Datasheet changes of a discrete MOSFET, from the part number alone.

Input: JSON {"mpn": "<part number>", "since": "YYYY[-MM[-DD]]"}; since is optional.

Behaviour: finds the current datasheet at the manufacturer's download URL (TI, Nexperia, onsemi, Infineon) and earlier revisions in the Internet Archive (ST only there). Copies with the same text, or the same printed revision and date, count as one revision. Without since the newest revision is compared with the one before it, with since with the revision valid at that date. The comparison is the Datasheet Revision Compare engine (eight table parameters with conditions, sources and review priority).

Output: ApiResponse with mpn, manufacturer, snapshots_found, revisions (newest first: printed revision and date, capture date, manufacturer and archive URL, SHA-256), status (compared, no_change, single_revision, not_found) and comparison (the engine report).

Errors: 422 INVALID_MPN, UNKNOWN_MANUFACTURER, OUT_OF_SCOPE; 429; 504 when the archive is too slow (fetched files are cached, a retry is faster).

Languages: responses are in English. Error, warning and rule codes are stable and language-neutral; agents may translate messages for the user. Datasheet labels in English or German are recognised.

Access: open, rate-limited per IP and per MCP session; an X-API-Key header raises the limit. Uploaded files are processed in memory and never stored. Also available as MCP tool datasheet_changes at /mcp (Streamable HTTP).
