Read-only GET equivalent of POST. Query parameters use the same validation and shared quota. Search returns nextCursor; pass it as cursor with the same query and locale for the next page.

Response

Typed result. Search, latest-news and curated-social-activity lists may return nextCursor (null at the end); reuse it with unchanged filters. Social activity is editorial, not live, with null dates when unverified. Validation always has submitted:false.
