Update Content Chunk

Update an existing content chunk.

Updates the text, embedding, or tags of an existing chunk. Only provided fields will be updated. The actor is taken from X-Regdoor-Actor-* headers set by content-proxy, not from the JSON body. This API trusts any caller that already holds the main-api/admin machine scope. It does not check that the header matches a person.
