Submit a booking enquiry

Creates a booking enquiry (lead) for an activity. This endpoint is used by the refuje.com booking flow and requires: an httpOnly JWT access-token cookie issued after phone-OTP verification, whose verified phone claim must equal the submitted guest_phone, plus CSRF double-submit (X-CSRFToken header matching the csrftoken cookie). It is not callable with no credentials.
