Stop keeping and/or answering this person, and delete what the switches say we must not hold. With no body, everything is kept away except comment automations.

Deletes ReelDrop's copy only: nothing is removed from Instagram, and the person is not told. The deletion is permanent. Restoring them later keeps new messages, not these.
