Get Automation Stats Summary

Workspace-wide engagement totals for the dashboard tile.

The per-automation counters already ride along on every AutomationOut in the list, but nothing summed them across the workspace, so the dashboard had to fetch the whole automations list — builder config and all — just to add up two integers. One covered aggregation instead; see services/automation_service.workspace_automation_totals.
