Message about a ServiceRequest
You can send a notification to the requestor of a ServiceRequest, to update them on the status of the request, say.
For each of the messaging arguments, you can use either literal text, a hash of localized strings, or you can use Service Process "text strings" which can be translated in Radmin.
This request is for admins only.
