Create a new Support Request

The Need Help button submits support requests using this endpoint. The image parameter can contain a base64 encoded image associated with the SupportRequest.

You can also add attachments using the attachment APIs to create and upload an attachment.

Attachments should have form /^attached_file_.+$/ with an array of UUIDs.

(The format /^attached_file\d*$/ with string UUID should no longer be used, it is being deprecated)
