List Xero tracking categories and options for enabled accounting connections. connections reports connected and trackingEnabled for each matching Xero organisation. If trackingEnabled is false, explain that tracking categories are disabled in Receiptor. Do not interpret disabled tracking as zero categories in Xero. If connected is false, explain that the organisation needs reconnecting. Use exact returned dimensionId (_id) and valueId (values.id) when saving a tracking memory. Vocabulary is read-only.
