List Sources

List every (source, variable) pair reachable for zone_key.

For each pair the response includes the source's upstream cadence (granularity), the ENTSO-E document type it is compared against (entsoe_baseline), a free-text note on definitional differences (delta_vs_baseline), the timedatamodel provenance, and a default flag for the zone's default source per variable.

Sources with no entry in config/sources.yaml still appear (so operators can see the zone references them) but with null metadata.
