Get Geo Feature

Return a single feature as a raw GeoJSON Feature.

The feature_id is matched against the dataset's feature_id_field: zoneName for world_zones (e.g. FR, SE-SE3), eic_code for the ENTSO-E datasets (e.g. 10YFR-RTE------C).
