Changed onGenerate a DocuSign WebForm URL for a dispute that requires cardholder signature. Only works for disputes with status REQUIRE_ACTION. Deprecated — every signature-required dispute reason has dropped the DocuSign requirement; this endpoint returns 410 after its sunset window.
