The 6-digit activation code required to activate the physical card associated with the specified cardId.

Card activated

A boolean parameter indicating the activation status of the physical card.

true: The physical card is activated and ready for use at physical terminals.

false: The physical card has not been activated and cannot be used in physical terminals yet.
