timezonestring nullable

IANA zone for the window. Empty string resets to the proxy country's zone.

Inbox reads per UTC day; 0 = not limited.

messaging_min_interval_secondsinteger nullable

Seconds before the same inbox page or conversation can be read again; 0 = off.
