List campaigns with keyset pagination

Resolves ANY campaign_id → name, however many campaigns the workspace has (deliberately not the MCP getCampaigns tool, which hard-caps at 20 most recent with no cursor).

Query parameters

cursorstring

Opaque cursor (base64url of "<created_at>|<id>") from a previous page’s next_cursor. A malformed cursor 400s rather than being silently ignored.

limitinteger

Page size, default 20, max 100.
