Every line TikTok settled on this statement: orders, reserve movements and adjustments, each with its fee and tax breakdown. amounts_fields picks the money columns per row — standard for the common fee lines, full for every breakdown column TikTok returns (130+), or an explicit list. Null means TikTok sent nothing for that line, not zero. Only settled lines appear; SKU-level detail is not part of this surface.
