Get the full campaign detail view

Full campaign detail: campaign metadata, applied/active creators with stage + payment-due + per-creator actions, aggregated stats (GMV, views, orders, payouts), and a content snippet. Equivalent to what the portal's campaign-detail page renders. A creator's creator_level is their GMV tier (L0-L7), or null when their GMV is unknown.
