Get a pipeline variant's run inputs

Inspect the effective manual-run input contract for a pipeline version and variant. Inputs with source 'variant' must be omitted from createPipelineRun, even if the submitted value matches. Caller inputs include their defaults and validation constraints. Pass the returned pipelineVersionId and variantId when creating the run.
