Update a notification destination's label, enabled state, config, or integration. A provided config must match the destination's existing kind, and a provided integration must match its provider. A new WEBHOOK URL or EMAIL address is checked as on create and refused with 400 or 422 and its error. Available to organizations with notifications enabled; refused with 403 otherwise.
