List billing usage summaries

List the current or previous period's usage for the active organization: one summary per period, or with granularity=DAY one per UTC day within it, each identified by its YYYY-MM-DD date qualified with its period (2026-09-14:CURRENT), since the day a period rolls over on appears in both periods. Day summaries meter what accrued on that day alone and do not report live counts or projections.
