You can fetch product reviews from your connected website.

get/api/v2/rates

Request

  • Base URL: https://api.ratingcaptain.com
  • URL: https://api.ratingcaptain.com/api/v2/rates
  • Auth: API key in header api-token

Query parameters

product_idstring

Filter by the shop's product identifier (matches products.external_id).

Example:12345
skustring

Filter by the cross-market product SKU (matches products.sku). Combine with product_id to AND both filters; passing only sku excludes organic external reviews because they don't carry SKU.

Example:TOR-ELLA2/4/WT/DS/0/B1

Must be at least 1.

Must be at least 1. Must not be greater than 100.

before_datestring nullable

Must be a valid date in the format <code>Y-m-d</code>.
