What has this run already done?

A compact digest of every effect gated under one run id, grouped by what the caller must do about it. Built for an agent resuming work after a restart or a compacted context: it answers "what have I already done" in about a seventeenth of the bytes of listing the same effects, because a memory that costs more than re-deriving the answer does not get used. Actions with an unknown outcome are separated out, because they are the only ones that can hurt you.
