How much of what really happened came through the gate

Per effect type present in your traffic — not merely the ones you configured. coverage is the proportion of vendor-observed actions that asked Ratchet first, from the most recent comparison. A type never compared reports null and a status of unknown, and is never counted as covered: an unknown outcome stays unknown, the same rule the effect state machine follows. configured: false means no policy row exists, so no cadence can be set and no reminder will ever fire for it.
