Get Enrichment Template
Get enabled template metadata and hydrated config for the authenticated organization.
The list endpoint stays lightweight; this endpoint is used on explicit selection so the UI can show the template fields and taxonomy before run time. Large taxonomies can use taxonomy_format=compact for fast selection.
