Without an account only three lists answer: rank=material (tab all) up to limit 12, tab=insiders&rank=material up to limit 20, and tab=congress (newest first) up to limit 50, with offset 0 and no side or cluster_only. Any other request needs a signed-in RapidTradeView member and answers a guest with 401 code auth_required.

recent: newest first (default). material: buys and sells of $1,000 or more, open-market buys of $25,000 or more first (trading-plan buys excluded), then insider cluster buys, then the newest; one row per ticker; offset is ignored.
