Encryption Admin

Rotate encryption keys

Re-encrypts all secrets (endpoints, incoming sources, incoming destinations, alert rule keys) with the currently active encryption key version, across ALL tenants. Requires the platform-admin operator credential (X-Platform-Admin-Token).
