Every campaign's numbers on one payload — the "general report".

Deliberately not under /campaign/{id}/: there is no campaign id, and the totals are counted differently from any single campaign's report — people are distinct across the whole agent, money is summed — so the per-campaign rows it carries need not add up to the totals beside them.
