POST `/api/v0/main-frontend/course-credit-registrations/registrations/{credit_registration_id}/retry` - Puts one failed registration back on the pipeline. Authorized on the row's own course, which is why no course id appears in the path: a teacher of one course must not be able to pair it with a foreign registration id.
