List backups

Changed on

All backups for the database: nightly automatic backups (base, at 02:00 UTC) and on-demand backups (on_demand), kept 30 days. restore_window_start is the earliest point a point-in-time restore can reach. Kafka has no backups; its topics are copied across brokers.
